The location is convenient for a family of 5, with easy access to the city center via a direct bus route. the parking facilities are good and the beds are comfortable with lovely linen. the house is well-equipped for cooking meals, although some glasses and champagne flutes were missing. the courtyard would be a nice addition in good weather.
The rooms are small and poorly furnished, with cheap beds that are uncomfortable for those with back pain. the dustbins are left unclean and smelly.

I had a nice stay at Arma Short Stays 122 - a spacious 3 bed house with free parking for 2 vehicles and a large garden. The beds were comfortable and the majority of facilities worked well. The location was great, not too busy but still close to Oxford center. The host responded quickly to our requests.

Great value for money, with a spacious and tastefully furnished house. The host, Sally, was incredibly helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The location was ideal, with an easy bus route to the city centre.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The place was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. the 1.5 bathrooms were a nice bonus, making it easy for both of us to get ready. We also loved the easy access to the bus line into the city, saving us from the hassle of dealing with traffic and parking.
The garden was in a terrible state. the decking was dangerous and we couldn't even step into the garden from the patio doors.

The beds were incredibly comfy and made for a great night's sleep. Most of the facilities worked perfectly, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The spaciousness of the place and the addition of 1.5 bathrooms were major pluses. Being able to easily catch a bus into the city, without worrying about traffic and parking, was a real game-changer. Having access to a whole house instead of a cramped hotel room was fantastic. The location was ideal, with excellent bus service into the city centre. The property was impeccably clean, the sleeping arrangements were excellent, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The heating was already on, providing a cozy welcome. The host was very responsive to any requests. It was great to have complimentary tea, coffee, basic appliances, and utensils. The place was tastefully decorated, warm, and tidy. All the essentials, such as dish soap and towels, were provided. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The on-site off-road parking was a huge convenience. The rooms were well laid out, perfect for a comfortable stay, and free from clutter. The location suited our needs as we were visiting family nearby.

I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee provided, as well as the basic kitchen appliances and utensils. The location of the house, just a short drive away from the city center, was very convenient. the spacious living room and comfortable couch were perfect for relaxation.
Our experience was marred by poor customer service. we were unexpectedly woken up by a blaring alarm at 5am, which turned out to be a CD player alarm in the kitchen.

We had a blast exploring the city and checking out the cool bars and clubs. The house was super spacious and had a big living room where we could hang out and chill. The beds were comfy and the shower was so refreshing after a long night out. Plus, there was free parking for our cars which was a huge bonus!
The only thing that could have made our party trip even better would have been if the house had a pool. It would have been epic to relax and have pool parties during the day.

We booked a late check out, so we could Netflix and relax. We easily found a parking spot and the key location was convenient.
There was no toilet paper when we arrived. The kitchen smoke alarm went off due to the close proximity to the toaster.

The house was clean, warm and comfortable. The location was great for the town centre and there was plenty of parking for two cars. Sat nav took us straight to the property, which was convenient.
The fridge had a leak and the shower drain was severely blocked, resulting in water leaking all over the bathroom floor. The stairs were quite steep and had shallow steps, which might be problematic for some.

The kitchen had all the basic appliances and utensils, and the rooms were uncluttered, perfect for kids. The beds were super comfy, the courtyard was great for good weather, and the heating was efficient. The area was quiet and upstairs was very nice. The bathroom and shower were both nice. Two parking spaces were available, which was good since permits were required in the area. The house just needed some finishing touches like a toilet roll and towel holder. Sally, the host, was a pleasure to communicate with and very helpful. The house was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished, with everything provided for cooking. The check-in was easy with a lockbox and two sets of keys, and there was a good-size driveway for parking. They even provided milk, coffee, and tea, as well as other amenities like an iron and washing up liquid. it was just what we were looking for in a theater stay, with a direct bus route to the city centre. We booked a late check-out and enjoyed some Netflix to top off our weekend.

the host was super friendly and helpful, explaining everything upon arrival. the beds were comfy and the linen was of high quality. the house had easy parking and a large garden, which I imagine would be great in good weather. a convenient location with all the basics in place for a comfortable stay.
The lack of hooks in the bathroom, and no towel hooks in the downstairs loo.
